Refund & Cancellation Policy
All SparkBox purchases are final.
Because our work involves customized strategy, branding, coaching, and deliverables tailored specifically to each client, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun.
Cancellations Before Work Starts:
If you need to cancel before any strategy, design, consultation, or development work has started, you may request a cancellation by emailing hello@sparkbox.life. Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
Cancellations After Work Begins:
Once any portion of work has been initiated — including scheduling, research, concept development, coaching, design, or communication related to your project — the purchase becomes non-refundable.
A La Carte Services:
All a la carte services (Business Solutions) are also non-refundable once work has started.
If a service is listed as “priced by consultation,” payment terms will be outlined in writing before work begins.
Missed Sessions:
Coaching or consultation sessions that are missed or not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be forfeited.
